Happy Hump Day

Hump day, pump day, whatever you wanna call it--I hope that you're doing both today. Usually I do a PUMP Day workout, so checkout what I was up to yesterday at Gold's. No good, as usual.. ;)  WARM UP 1/2 mile run with Sprints! 6.0 incline, 7.2 speed 1 minute sprint, 1 minute rest X 5 WEIGHTS  Bicep Curls drop sets starting with 50 lbs.  Hammer Curls Bench Press superset with 15 pushups between each set Incline Bench Press Shoulder Press Bicep Curls sitting  Lateral Shoulder Raises Bent Elbow shoulder flys  Tricep dips and cable pull downs  I just love getting my arms nice and plump after a solid workout--ahh, feeling good. 13 Fit Girl Problems

The promise of fitness is alluring--a tight toned body, healthy organic meals, and boundless energy all sounds good on paper, but we know the fit life isn't all that glamorous. I mean, I spend a good amount of time drenched in sweat with mismatched gym socks because I was running late that morning, or blow-drying my sweaty hair to meet up with girlfriends later because I didn't have time to full on wash and style it--it wasn't too sweaty right? Supplement Stack

I am a late adopter of adding supplements into my regimen for a few reasons (err excuses...). I couldn't quite justify the additional cost, I wasn't sure where to start, and I was a bit skeptical of certain supplements and their claims. Now that I'm feeling the effects of putting hours in everyday at the gym I decided it was time to do the  research  and invest in myself. I've researched every supplement here, as I do pretty much anything that goes into my body and found that this stack is pretty typical for those lifting weights and it works with my budget. The stack below cost me $90 plus the cost of  protein . Now t hese are not magic pills to burn fat or pack on massive muscle mass.  Supplements  support my active and demanding weightlifting and cardio regimen to keep my body replenished and healthy to avoid overtraining.  The benefits of supplements are usually only looked into for a cure or quick fix, when they should be used daily....
